As we set out from the marina the wind was strong and swell was high, but that was not going to stop us.
After a visit to the famous Cabo arch and some selfies with sea lions, we headed strait to our shark spot, just a few miles out of the bay. We started to chum and in just 20min we got our first Shark; a large Mako.
We jumped in the water to get face to face with this magnificent creature, not long after a second Mako showed up. This was a little juvenile, less than 1meter long and with tons of energy. The young shark darted around us with excitement as the larger shark concentrated on getting a hold of the tuna head. At one point a third shark showed but, but this one was not so interested in us and didn’t stick around for long.
It was everyone on the boats first time to in the water with Mako sharks!
