The most beautiful way to say goodbye until the next year.
Humpback whales are starting go back to the north through all the pacific coast in order to feed during summer time in the waters of Canada and Alaska.
The season here in Cabo is coming to an end but that day was absolutely incredible.
We left the harbor as usual on our way to the Pacific side to spot any whale activity around! We were lucky! Far on the distance we could see a big splash on the water and by the time we could get to that point, a beautiful adult humpback whale was breaching on the most beautiful and elegant style for several minutes
The day was full of whales and the last encounter we had was a family of a big mum, her calf and a guard.
The calf was constantly breaching and playing around as a kid would do on a park. He/she came straight to us breaching just in front of our boat and we had the feeling that she looked directly to us on the eyes, it was MAGIC!
For some of these whales that could be the last time to cross by the coast of Cabo. All the luck on your adventures and see you next season our dear whales!
